Welcome to our first blog posting at No Balls Marketing. The most obvious reason for our name is that we are ladies and secondly, that we are tired of reading marketing commentary that is trying to make things more difficult than they really are... marketing is just about making your customers happy so they come back again and again. It doesn't need to be dressed up or disguised by fancy words. We are both lecturers and trainers teaching degree programmes and professional exams, as well as being marketing professionals, so we know that theory is nothing if it's not applied to real-life scenarios.
